方法：点击开始－运行，输入CMD，回车

然后输入ping www.fyhome.us（论坛）回车

然后输入ping www.clwind.com(下载站) 回车

然后右键点击，选择标记，然后选择文字，然后按回车，然后再粘贴到回复中
